We serve informal and playful smørrebrød, modern evening dishes, and a wide selection of beer, wine, and our own aquavits.
At Genbo, it’s all about everyday quality and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere around the table. Our menu follows the seasons and highlights fresh vegetables, plenty of herbs, and classic Aamanns favourites in new interpretations.
