Aamanns Genbo is our newest eatery and bar at Vesterbro in Carlsberg Byen. With a location on the beautiful Kildeplads, we strive to become a natural part of a busy and cozy everyday life for the neighborhood’s many residents and other Copenhageners.
Our ambition is to become a natural gathering point when hunger and thirst arise – you can always swing by Genboen.
At Genbo, we collect the best from our restaurants. We are an eatery with everything from smørrebrød for lunch, “Genbo’s dinner” in the evening, and snacks for the cold drinks. At the bar, we have eight taps of beer from Herslev and Carlsberg and a carefully selected wine list that includes both conventional and natural wines.
As well as our other restaurants Aamanns Genbo has the Silver Organic Label, which is the customer’s guarantee for 60-90% organic food on the menu.
