“In the kitchen, we base our approach on the fantastic ingredients we are fortunate enough to have in Denmark, served in a simple and tasteful manner.” – Adam Aamann.
Aamanns Replik in the Royal Danish Playhouse is a green oasis in the heart of Copenhagen with a unique indoor and outdoor environment where diners can enjoy an exceptional view of the water.
For lunch we offer our well-known smørrebrød, where we make everything from scratch with high quality seasonal ingredients, lots of vegetables and the addition of new ideas and often surprising flavour combinations, based on respect for the classic tradition.
We are certified with the Organic Food Label in Silver, which means that 60-90% of our ingredients and beverages are organic, which is just one of the ways we emphasize sustainability.
In the evening, we’ve made it easy and relaxing to enjoy our tasty 3-course menu, which is also ideal for theatergoers.
In the bar, we have a large selection of drinks and homemade schnapps, good craft beers from Herslev, cider, and juice. The wine list offers both traditional producers and a selection of organic wines.
The outdoor bar is open most of the day during the summer months, serving fine wines, cold rosé and cocktails.
Between lunch and dinner, we serve a bar menu with small, simple dishes.
