We listen and make ongoing adjustments, so quantities and menus match your needs. In the beginning, we stay in close dialogue to make sure everything runs smoothly.

With the Kanpla app, you can easily adjust orders, numbers and menus — directly from your phone or computer. The rest runs automatically.

At Aamanns, great taste, ingredient quality and seasonality are inseparably linked.

With The Danish Organic Cuisine Label in Silver, you get 60–90% organic ingredients.

Our choice of suppliers focuses on animal welfare and responsible production — because good ingredients start with good conditions.

And in the kitchen, we work hard to minimise food waste — from meat, fish and vegetables to our rye bread, which finds new life in everything from crumble to crispbread.

Questions and answers

What’s included, and what does it cost?

Our organic corporate lunch service consists of both traditional and international dishes, with daily variation that makes every lunch something special.

You can look forward to a hot dish with sides, three different kinds of cold cuts and toppings — one of which is always vegetarian — two seasonal salads, freshly baked bread from our own bakery, and a weekly sweet treat every Thursday.

Once a month, because we are Aamanns, we have a smørrebrød day.

Our prices are competitive and tailored to your delivery location and needs. We therefore encourage you to contact us for a non-binding chat about pricing.

Can we order for extra guests?

Absolutely! If you have extra guests at the office or more colleagues joining, you can easily adjust the number of meals.

You can do this either through our online platform or by contacting us at [email protected].

Changes simply need to be made no later than Wednesday at 12:00 the week before. If you need to adjust the number after this deadline, you are always welcome to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Can we order additional items?

Would you like to have all deliveries gathered in one place and also receive milk, fruit — or perhaps have cheese as an option on certain days?

We can take care of that too.

Here, you can see the add-ons we offer, and you can order directly through our online platform. If there is something you need that is not on the list, we would love to hear from you and will look into the possibilities.

Can you deliver breakfast?

Yes, we can!

From our bakery in Carlsberg Byen, we deliver freshly baked bread and rolls, as well as delicious Danish pastries, to give your office a great start to the day.

As regular corporate lunch customers, you even get a 15% discount on your breakfast order.

How do we adjust our numbers?

Through our collaboration with Kanpla, we offer a flexible online platform where you can easily adjust your orders from week to week, exactly as it suits you.

How do we cancel our lunch order?

Send us an email at [email protected] no later than Wednesday at 12:00 the week before. Then we will take care of the cancellation for you.

How do we use our discount?

We love treating our corporate lunch customers — which is why we offer a special 15% discount to our lunch service customers.

You can use your discount in our webshop when you are logged in with your company account, or by using the discount code sent to you when you started with us.

In our restaurants, simply note when booking that you are a corporate lunch customer, and mention it again when you arrive. Our lovely colleagues will make sure the discount is deducted from your bill. In our bakery, just mention it when ordering — or send us an email at [email protected] with your order.
