Breakfast on weekends
On weekends, in addition to our pastries and bread, you can also enjoy breakfast. This is what we serve you:
– Avocado toast with mozzarella, small tomatoes and olive oil
– Scrambled eggs with bacon, baked tomatoes, herb oil and chives
– Fruit bowl with melon, strawberry, pomelo and verbena sugar
– Clafoutis with raspberries and double crème fraîche
– Yogurt with seasonal compote and honey roasted granola
– And of course organic coffee from Ønsk

Since 2019 we have proudly presented The Organic Food Label in silver , which means we use between 60-90% organic ingredients in our kitchen and this of course also applies to our bakery.
