A beautiful salad with flowers

A lovely salad with a vinaigrette that neither separates nor becomes watery and runny. In short, the perfect dressing for your summer salad

Ingredients

1 salad bowl full of various tender leaves
Green and red romaine lettuce
Lamb's lettuce
Mizuna
Cabbage shoots
Beetroot tops
Flowers
Nasturtium
Marigold
Pansies
Calendula
Chive flowers
Vinaigrette with sherry vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1⁄4 teaspoon of honey
1 pinch of grated garlic
4 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

Salad

Rinse the salad leaves and spin them dry in a salad spinner. Serve immediately.

Vinaigrette

Put all the ingredients in a glass and stir the vinaigrette with a spoon until it has a smooth consistency.
